Try expanding a little bit on this issue. Can you literally not vote, are the pages not loading? Or are you not recieving your rewards? If it's number two, you must be on one of the gtm servers or vice in order to recieve your rewards.
Did you spell your name correctly? Were you logged on to the server? Perhaps your vote did register, and you just need to claim them by typing /vote.
Yeah, listen to the advice given @SkylixMC . He has literally mentioned all posdible reasons of why you can't vote. If you still can't vote, contact the managing team.
