    Suggestion: make it so when you kill people with a grenade launcher, the kill is counted.

    Potential downsides: none

    This is literally the only weapon where you don't get your kill counted for. It shouldn't be a trade-off that this gets nerfed.

    RPG's are much more expensive and not as spammable as grenade launchers.

    Yes but they cause more damage. You shoot someone for a quick second, then RPG them and they're gone.
