Dear all the problem started on May 20th already. As reported with https://grandtheftmc.net/threads/owned-houses-have-disappeard.7153/#post-26136 I could not enter my houses any more. This problem was (partially) fixed. I could enter the houses again and with my normal house all is fine again. But in my premium house, all items inside the chests have disappeard (jet pack, fuel, wing, net launcher, etc etc). All chests are empty. First I thought, this is still because of the first problem and will get fixed, but even now, 1 week later, the problem is still there. All my items are gone. I was on holidays the last week with no access to internet. That is the reason why I only report the problem now. Thank you very much for your help. Paxx
Hello Paxx, We are sorry for the items you lost. But we probaly cant refund you, there are unlimited options to place the items any anywhere to ge free items. Its not the matter of believing you but its the proof. And since we dont got proof we cant do anything, im sure we will watch if any Admin can see if there where items in. Can you tell me what GTM it is on and what the house ID is? @pistanmarc Maybe could you do something? Greets BrightJr
This is exactly what happened to one of my 350k houses. Right after the houses were fixed my chests were empty.
