Hello everyone! I have some questions for everyone. Im just a Helper for around 2 weeks or something like that. But i would like some feedback about how i am doing it. What do you guys/girl think about how im doing it? And also the rest of the staff, what could we improve? I got some questions, maybe some people could answer them: 1. How am i doing it? 2. Could i be stricter? 3. Could i be a bit non strict? (xD) 4. What could i do to improve? Im trying to do my best, i would like some serious answers. I know some people hate me, but i would like to hear from them how i could improve my function then just hearing that i will get demoted... You'll get demoted. JK JK. 1. You're doing pretty well, you seem to be answering anyone's questions, and activity on the forums is always a plus. 2. In my opinion, being more strict doesn't change anything, so this is really up to you. 3. Same answer as (2). 4. If anything, when people try to hate on you, don't respond. It isn't your job to try and create strife.
Your doing your Job really good and Ur a good Helper.Thats The right Job for You.You could be a little Bit stricter but shouldnt be that Players dont Like you. Greetings Shockzy.
Honestly your doing great, keep it up!!! As sparky said being stricter doesn't really change anything so you decide what kind of staff member you want to be. The fact that your active on forums is awesome as well, i think every staff member should be really active on forums and not just answer appeals.
Where you have been my friend, you warned me and i think you would also mute me. And you did not unmute me if I wanted it. You had the courage to do it even to a friend. That is strong, that you dared to do that. You are a great helper and make your job great. You should not get a demote, but a promote. Keep it up!
BrightJr is one of the best staff on Gtm because all my questions are getting answers immediately and I think there should not be improvements made to BrightJr's performance as a staff member. I do however, not like other staff members that just keep their position to look special and just ignore some of my questions that I would of wanted to be answer.
Honestly bright should get mod asap, he's an amazing staff member and i feel that the community wants that to happen. Why: because he needs and deservs it!!!
Thanks everyone for the great comments. I didnt ask someone to say something good, so i think they really mean it. But dont be scared if you think a little thingie can be improved then i will try to improve it. Im also just new so a promotion to Mod is still far away but im doing my best.
