I have custom trashcans in 14 houses spread over gtm1,2,3,4 & 5. Those are since the reset this weekend all broken (just doesn't open). From what I've understand this happens for everyone with custom trashcans. 0. On what server? All GTM servers 1. What did you do just before this bug happened? I tried to open the trashcan in my premium house to sell some stuff 2. What should have happened? The trashcan should behave as the ones at spawn 3. What happened instead? Litterary nothing, not even a message
Anymore news on this? Really miss my trashcans. Will it be fixed in the next update and when about is that? and its not only broken for me but for everyone that paid to get a custom trashcan in their premium house
Planned to be rolled out on the upcoming reboot, Also selling houses now refunds you with the permits you spent on trashcans!
The update should be live, If trashcans are still not fixed, please update this thread. If it's not solved, it means our Houses update did not get rolled out
Nope, nothing happened. Trash cans still don't work, and when I tried to sell the house, and re-buy it, my permits were not refunded either. And you still can't sell broken armor in the trashcan.
Oh no...! Just realized that the trashcan is asking me to buy it again instead of refunding the permits. What should I do. Yes I do have evidence of having bought it.
Skylix you shouldn't sell your house. I'm pretty sure. I think all what peraldon was saying is that before if you would sell your premium house and you had a custom trashcan you wouldn't get the permits back from the trashcan if you sold the house. Now they have fixed that (obviously it still isn't rolled out yet), so that you do get the permits also for the trashcan. Just wait for the fix to roll out. (don't sell anymore houses). When it's fixed it should just work for everyone. I could be wrong but I don't think so.
Can confirm it wasn't rolled out due to an issue on our end. Should be rolled out by the next reboot, sorry for the wait!
