Builders theyre rights

Hey, i just wanted to come up with something that i think isnt good. Like, Builders are working days to build buildings etc. for the GTM map. Like Unforgiven_Soul or Charloe15 (and much others). They are wroking so hard, but just got theyre normal rank. Unforgiven_Soul is sitting there with a Premium rank. And when a new Helper comes, they just get everything from Supreme rank. Why does any Builder dont gets that? With any special tag on the whole server? No disrespect to Helpers, i know they are also working hard. But i think Builders are working harder and are spending more time then Helpers. I think they deserve also a good rank and a good tag. Why not just like this:

Builder Egg Unforgiven_Soul ?
Helper Egg blackmagic9988
Mod Egg JustNassim
Etc

I also know that some are Guest Builders. But, then why not GBuilder rank??
Its just what i think, i think that Builders also deserve something for there work. Is there any special reason tough? Because Developers got theyre "Dev" rank. And im not even a builder, so its not for that. I would like to hear something from Mix or any Manager/Admin.

I know, i aqlso hope any Manager answers, and i hope they will discus about it.

 

Builders have their own tags in Creative which gives them access to all important world edit commands (some supreme don't even have) and it varies with their tag then there is the White rank builder which has same perms was mod and some more. Which is a global rank, once builders have yellow tag BUILDER in creative and they are trusted, there is the chance that they are promoted to white tag builder and iGiveYourBright, Helpers and Builders have 2 different jobs, Helpers's main aim is to help players and there are some supreme perms that helpers can use to help players in some occasions (not always, but sometimes) and BUILDER's mainly need world edit perms as their job is builder, and they don't really need any extra ranked perms tho white tag builders do get supreme perks.
And some of the builders, are being put into creative mode so they can build as its easier than transferring the builds between servers as it involves devs and they are busy with other things.
Example of white tag builder: MostlyKillAura was a white tag builder before he decided to resign Snow used to be a white tag builder too a long time ago.

 

Well, this is like okay. But i think they would deserve some cind of tag like GuestBuilder - GBuilder. Something that they are also a part of the team. And i now Helpers and Builders got other things to do, but theyre both working hard. And i think any Guest Builder also deserve then something also in gtm or vice. They dont need like Supreme perks but i just think they deserve anything more then theyre normal bought rank.

 

Pistan explained this very well. We are very thankful for our builders but we give ranks because of necessary permissions not vanity. And the build team members only need that on create but they can work themselves up to the actual builder rank.

But i think it woulde be nice to give them some perks? Or that they get something, that they earn also something for there hard work.

 

2 managers have already said its not nessecary so they arent going to do it. We are all aware that builders work very hard to keep this server up to date.
