Vice elevator glitch, happens to all people

1. What did you do just before this bug happened?
I clicked on the elevator sign to go a level higher.
2. What should have happened?
I should have been teleported one floor up.
3. What happened instead?
Instead, I was teleported to the roof. I was helping out this guy, the same thing happened to him.


Note, it doesn't always happen, it is more of a 50/50 chance.
