    I've seen a ton of drugs in gtm but I don't know what each one does. can someone please give me a list of all the drugs and their effects? thx

    This link is dead, is there another one?

    I found a bunch of drugs on the floor, I tried some but don't really know is they do anything besides the visuals.
    Also, is there any way to sell them to an NPC or something?

    You can sell drugs to players but not to an npc/in the trashcan
