Missing items in my premium house. Not a raid. High staff needed.

Okay to start this off, my house id 239 with 15 permits, and 15 chests. Yesterday, I had 3 dubs of jetpacks, slightly less than a half of a dub of wingsuits, and 38 stacked netlaunchers. The only people added to my house were lezro180, and rusianmonkywoman(my alt). Also to keep in mind that I have the account information for lezro180 and we have been friends for years. So raiding is not an option in this situation. Me and lezro both checked my premium house and saw everything was there yesterday (1/17)because we had just recently put items into it. When we get on today(1/18), lezro says the jetpacks, wingsuits, and 38 stacked netlaunchers are not in the chests and then we make sure we're not fucking with each other. So the only feasible options in this situation is that a bug that took those specific items out, higher staff took it out of my house because they thought they were duped items, or staffed abused and just took it out of my house(which we are assuming is not true but we are leaving our options open). I don't know what happened but these items but they were 100% not duped. Me and lezro worked for all of it and we have had it for more than a year now and earned it when gtm first opened. We spent all of our money on the jetpacks and just stocked up on them. I'm sure some of the older staff can testify that me and lezro were rich when gtm first came out. I even gave Hydreigon18 11 mil for gtm legacy money. I don't know what's happening with this but please get back to me on this. These were hard earned items and it is very stressful not having them. This happened to me. I killed a guy multiple times and got 3 katanas and 3 wings from him and immediately put it in my house and then logged off for a bit. When I came back it was gone...

 

I'm usually a grammar/sentence nazi so no one call me out for the wording mistakes. I don't feel like fixing them.

 

Why is the image cropped to be so small? I can barley make out what the items are.

 

His friend is not using Gyazo Pro, I don't use gyazo so I do not know what that is. Either way, focus on his situation. Drew also said the small cropped picture is 1 Dubs of Jetpacks in a double chest and supposedly he lost all of them.

As I said, the resolution is very low because it was a gyazo and lezro doesn't have gyazo pro. We talk to Herobrine and he said it was better than nothing. So we included it. But that's not the point at all.

 

Also yes that picture is from a nonpremium house. It is when lezro kept his jetpacks in his non premium house. We have had it for so long.. But if you roll back from two-three days we can still prove we have all of the shit in my house.

 

So?? Is anything going to happen about this? The more days away this is the more of an issue it is.

This kind of worries me a bit. Some hours ago Really__ told me on discord that he just got raided of about 70mil in his premium house on GTM1.

There used to be the sticky gltich to get into somebodies house and then being able to open their chests and steal all stuff. But I've been told that it has been fixed and if somebody sticky glitches into your house they can no longer open your chests. Well sounds like that should be waterproof. still there seems to be a problem, cause you keep hearing people getting raided in their premium houses.

So it happend to me about 2 months back on gtm2. Didn't loose that much, maybe like 10-12mil of stuff. but still. The problem is that you really need to be able to trust that premium houses are a safe place for your stuff. I dont feel that anymore and keep as much as I can in my bp and non-premium houses. even got some extra non-premium houses, cause they seem to be safe.

So my questions are:
1. is there indeed a way to get your stuff back if it happens to you?
2. Is the sticky glitch fixed?
3. is the chest glitch fixed?
4. if both sticky and chest glitch are fixed. Could there be a door glitch that let people glitch into your house and get access to all?

Just like Drew I would love to get a reaction from dev or staff about this, because this feels like quite serious stuff to me.

I believe this is caussd by premium houses not saving correctly, not by raiding. However, since this bug has only been known for a few days, this may not be the definitive answer.

 

So I most likely will be getting my items back?

 

This needs to be fixed quickly. Not only does it tick off players, but it also discourages players from buying more permits. This is fairly obvious as premium houses are no longer a safe way to store items, leaving a bunch of them completely wasted.

 

Yeah but at this point the thing annoying me is that I can’t any type of conformation that I’ll get my shit back
