    My IGN is TheOnlyOneKaelin and my house was deleted. I had an orange house at the IslandTownHouse warp. I had left the server after awhile and came back. Once I came back I tried to tp to my house to get my armor and guns but I didn't have a house. So I asked chat if there was a reset. They said there wasn't and to ask staff about it, when I did /helpop no staff replied. To be honest I don't care about the stuff in the chests but I spent 200k on that house and didn't get a refund and now I got nothing. If there was a reset please Inform me. If you reply and after 5 days I don't answer, email me at [email protected]

    I can’t think of any houses that have been deleted because we don’t do that. If you could give me the ID of the house and the Gtm I could try to find it.

    IF you had been offline for a lot of time 3 months+ someone may have requested that your house gets force-sold.

    No one bought the house but its Gtm 1 and IDK the id it doesn't say its an orange house in island town house

    Then it probably wasn't but after I got on the server the house wasn't mine anymore and no one had bought it

    No one else I just came back after 5 months (not a premium) of not playing and my house wasn't there. I couldn't have acsessed it snd it wasn't listed as mine but no one bought it.

    Maybe it got caught up in a rollback while you were gone. How long before you left did you buy it?

    Post the house number, say if it was premium or non premium, and what server. So for example, “52, Premium, GTM4”
