Shout feature?

Hey! I've thought of a new feature for all the GTM servers that can be brought in the newest update. A shout feature maybe? I was thinking like maybe someone on GTM 1 needs an irl deal, but no one on there has money. Maybe people on GTM 2, or GTM 3 have money to spend for an irl deal. So, the user on GTM1 could do /shout (message). Now obviously it wouldn't be an ordinary thing. I was thinking around 3-4$ per shout on the website, or around 1250 tokens on the token shop. But it's completely up to the staff, not me. I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I think it could be really useful to all the players of GTM. Let me know what you think.

 

Seems a bit expensive for just one message. I would say around 150 tokens to shout for one message in my opinion.

 

why not just go around to all the gtms?

 

Players would abuse this way too much.

 

Replying to traitor, player's would abuse it. And mix, the price is higher so player's don't abuse. If a player is really in need of something, they will use this. It's not a cheap thing you can use every 2 minutes.

Of course, many things are overpowered in gtm... Katanas... Etc... This Is GTM. Cussing is allowed, what would you mean by overpowered? Use too much? Theres a fix to that problem. It costs a lot, a player wouldn't just spend 500-1000 tokens just to say "lol xd" that's like 2-4 jps they're wasting with the supreme kits they can buy. It would have to be something important, and I think our players are smart enough to realize that.

 

Well, I've been missing this, mainly because of giveaways and lotteries. It would just be so much easier to shout out to all servers at once. And give more people the chance to get the message and join.

I do agree that it should cost enough to prevent if from being abused with bs crap. People are pretty cautious wasting their tokens on bullshit, so well if they're that dumb to use it like that...

Anyway it could also be available as packages in the store. Like 5-10 shout-outs for X dollars. All together the idea is for me very welcome

 

Why would anyone pay 1000 Tokens for something that literally takes 5 mins you just type /gtm2 "Yo anyone wanna do a Donor Deal? No? Ok"
/gtm3 - repeat 4 times, what's the Problem.

Well actually my time is very limited because of work, and it really takes quite a bit of time for me informing on all the servers multiple times a day when having a lottery. Further when streaming the draw of the winners it would be great if I could make a shout-out to all the servers in one go. So for me it would really save some time which I could spend better.

However I do think that something like 500 tokens would feel more fair. I cannot really imagine that someone would missuse it for that price

 

I'd definitely not pay 500 Tokens which is 5USD for some random message, i like Prez's Idea better

Of course I also like that even more. It might lead to some abuse, but maybe there can be some rules to control that.

k, just add a "Ban for Abusing this shit" rule and your basically done

 

Tokens or directly from the store could work, I don’t think monthly per rank is the route to go though considering a Supreme could just say bullshit all day.
