Help With Payment using a Prepaid Card

    Has anybody had any luck using a visa prepaid card to purchase anything on the store? I keep getting the error "PayPal returned an error: The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment."

    Is your card connected to PayPal? Does the card have money on it and is active?

    Someone else has had this issue before, so information on it could help it be fixed, considering there’s no reason it shouldn’t be working.

    I recommend making a “Purchases” ticket. Put N/A on the transaction ID, and include as much information as possible when it comes to trying to purchase your item.
