I lost the permits

    When I went on gtm, I saw that I lost all premium homes and stuff in them. I am more dissatisfied with my 85 permits which sum up for all houses. I would like to recover them and immediately move to GTM 7. Please, dear administrator

    Hi, the reason you lost your permits is most likely because your house got forcesold. If you find any proof that you had them please contact an admin and you should get your permits back. Unfortunately we do not do transfers anymore therefor, your permits will remain on the server they existed on.

    Unfortunately we do not take peoples word for it as people could lie. However if you find out how to search through your chat logs I'm sure you could find proof such as it saying "(Your Name) Has bought house 137 for 25 permits.) in chat, if you send the file itself to an admin they could get you your permits back.

    If you are missing permits you can make a purchase support ticket under Store issues. An Admin+ will respect when they can and it will be handled.
