Dark there are only a handful of people who could buy them, even if they wanted to (Especially on 4). Plus i dont actually know anybody ready to drop a few million on a small house, a few dozen million for a big one. With prices to high you're hurting the rate at which you remove money from the eco.
The reason the prices are so high is to get some money out of the economy so that the economy isn't super inflated like it was when It was when you were first able to transfer. Maybe in the future the prices will be lowered when there is enough money taken out of the economy (mainly on GTM1). Since there are many people on gtm1 with over 100 Million Dollars the prices for Custom Houses started that high.
I dont think anybody is stupid enough to spend 1 permit AND 500K on a single chest for storage. Also you just told us that it's not worth buying now BC it will be cheaper later :/
Actually, we started of at 400k per chest. Due to the high amounts of requests we recieved, we raised the prizes to 500k per chest. The prizes arent just extremely high to take a lot of money out of the economy, but they are also high to limit the amount of requests we recieve. The build team can only work so fast. Custom houses are actually extremely valuable to several players because they arent just for storage. When your house really stands out, and a part of the map represents YOU and is all about you, to several players thats really the best way of spending money when you have money in the 100s of millions. Im probably gonna be ordering a custom house of my own for my gang sometime soon. I dont have a better way of spending my 100mil. A big house with custom vaults, sign board saying awakening, and command block powered features to represent my gangs power. :>> I really dont care about the storage. Its more for emmm showoff xD. And so is it for other players. As for a price drop, I dont see any coming any time soon. Niether can wrap possibly know IF we have a prize drop planned.
All the staff are being stupid. The staffs job is to hel the 600 players. I say the first to 50 voted gets their way
Unfortunately, it does not work like that. The staff team is also managing the whole server, mainly the senior team is coming with changes or updates. The developers are working on these updates for example. If we don´t want a certain thing, it isn´t happening.
