When I bought Premium about 1 and 1/2 years ago, I was pretty stoked. I gained access to a lot of neat stuff. But there was 1 or 2 issues I had a problem with. I know it's late but I guess why not. I'll bring them up and maybe they can be fixed: #1: 2 Free Houses I'm pretty(90%) sure that used to say premium houses, but it's whatever. The fact is, in around 2 years I haven't received any houses? Am I misunderstanding it or something? #2: No Chat Cooldown I didn't have a problem with this when I got Premium, as it worked then. But now I can get kicked for talking 3 times in the same minute, even if they statements are 20 seconds apart. ????????? Either that should be fixed, or removed as one of the reasons to buy Premium. Which sucks, because I used to like being able to respond to people instead of being kicked every 10 seconds. This is an even worse problem for non-ranks. Saying like 2 things will get you kicked. 2 years ago I'm pretty sure the most you would get was a warning, but that was back when GTM was actually relevant and there were staff on to stop hackers. Just cause GTM isn't that much of a thing anymore and there are no more hackers doesn't mean server coding should replace a flesh and blood humans jurisdiction. And on a side note, the system where staff members would actively perm/temp mute players when they actually got out of hand worked just fine. You would have to actively search to see anyone spamming. In conclusion, I would love to see these issues fixed, or removed from the lists of benefits on the store. Which sucks. -Ian
Same thing with /stack. This command has been disabled for like 2 years but it is still being advertised under the supreme perks on the store. I complained about this like 6 months ago and no one did anything so I guess the store will just never be fixed.
Hi, 1. You do not get a free house, it means that you get two additional slots so you can buy two more houses. It never said premium house, it was always like that. 2. The reason you are getting kicked for typing is because you are using 1.13.x. There is an issue with that version where you get kicked out when using certain commands or type messages. We are aware of this issue and are working on it. You don´t get kicked for sending a few messages in chat by us, but the version is just buggy. Simply use 1.12.x to solve this issue.
Nassim is correct on both of those. However they do need to remove /stack from the supreme description, it has been clearly stated that it's not coming back.
