Unable to connect

Greetings
I've been trying to connect to the GTM server for a good while now. I've restarted my computer, minecraft and changed versions from 1.7 to 1.12.2. I can't seem to find a way to join the server. Any help?

 

In what way can't you join? Where does it happen? what's the message you get?

 

Joining the server as I cant even get to the lobby. When I try to join, I get the message "Disconnected". Thats all there reads.

 

Try using the IP "mc-gtm.eu".

 

Make sure you are using the correct IP for the server (mc-gtm.net) or the EU IP. If you are, I would try restarting your pc and/or your Minecraft because that sometimes helps. If you still can't connect, please provide your in game username here and we'll try to help you out.

 

I tried to use the IP mc-gtm.eu, but still no luck. Like I said before, I've tried to restart my pc, my minecraft and versions. My in-game-name is WelcomeToFinland.

The reason you can't log in is because your account is banned.

Coltll is the person who banned you, and just became staff again. So if you make a good appeal, there is a chance of getting unbanned.

 

Thanks for this, but I have no idea about the date I was banned nor the time. Also I can't remember the reason I got banned. If you could PM me some of this stuff, I'd appreciate it.

When ı join the game ı have timeout message and then connection lost.

Hi, my game user is lemonsaucyy, and Ive been having loading issues for the past couple of days. Whenever I try to join the server, it shows the loading screen for 15-20 seconds, then the lobby screen pops up for like 1 second, and then the loading screen shows up for another few second and it just goes on and on like that until it says Ive been disconnected. Ive tried restarting minecraft, my laptop, the internet (other servers have been working just fine for me), Ive tried deleting minecraft and redownloading it, Ive tried the EU IP, and I saw a suggestion somewhere that said to download the GTM resource pack and disable the resource pack on the server (didnt work), and I have no idea what else to do. If anybody has any other tips that could solve my issue Id really appreciate it. =)
