Thanks to all the staff!

i just wanted to say something to all staff.
I just want to say thankyou for everything you guys are doing! I see so much things happening on the server but also the forums. Im so happy with this staff team, and i hope you guys keep up this great work! You guys make the server really good, and i know theres much hate. Also if i dont like something from the staff what they are doing. But i always got respect for you! Thanks for always the support on /help and Discord etc.!



Edit: (this is not meaned to get some “more points” to the staff. I litterly mean everything i say. Also if i dont like some staff!)

I have to agree with everything but the /help part, to often do i do /help and nodody responds until i send another message or 2.

(If no staff are online i cant blame them however whenever i go to gtm 1 at least 5 staff members are on at almost all times)

 

I usually just check if, for example, a mod is online using /seen and then /gmsg them directly when there's hackers around.
Same with other problems that require a specific rank to deal with, such as bugged houses.
I only use /help when I have general questions that any staff could probably answer.

 

Well i only ever ask general questions, plus there are so many staff members that i never know all of them and it could take forever to /seen until i find one.

Besides, if theres a hacker the first thing you should do is report them (that can take anywhere from 1 minute to 2+ hours to actually get a mod+ on your server)

(Again, if there not on i cant blame them)

 

I think some mod told me that /report can only be seen by staff already on the server soo.. I prefer /gmsg.

Again your still not explaining why that would be sad, that they are doing their responsibility.

It ses it in the description of staff members and what there job is "Helper is a trial rank", you should know nassim your a mod.

 

How far i know, Helper is a ''come in'' rank. Everyone should be a mod, helpop is a trial rank like Owen said.
When you become mod, you gained enough trust and experience.

 

Yeah, sometimes noone responds. But most of time they answer. And if they dont respond, then i jist send the message again when you cant see it anymore in the chat

 

I just dont like it when people hate to Staff. Like, im not always happy with their decisions, but im not hating. And so far is i know, on much servers with Minigames, seeing a Staff is like you saw Presidentx, so have a bit respect that theyre just online so much, and that you dont need to make forums for help. And i just really like the people who are staff (Btw, am i the only one who thinks that Helpers are always a bit more strict? xD)

 

Im not hating on the staff team, i just feel like im ignored sometimas.

So, helder said that the StaffTeam got some hate the last days/weeks. Like, idk what to think abt the senior team but that is like smth different. The staff team itself is on a good way. We can't know how the staff team will be in the future, but if we still want to have a great staff team in the future, we'll have to give them smth back, so they'll know that we love and appreciate their work.
