    So, Recently I made a ban appeal about how I played on another copy of a legacy gta server. I got a reply to the staff manager saying this. "Hello there, this ticket hasn't had a response for 7 days, so we presume IT'S ALL SORTED! If not, please just make a new ticket and we can take care of you." I was at school at the time at 12:45 PM PST re-appealing. Then, a Sr.Mod SkylixMC tells me AFTER! my second appeal and said this "Please don't duplicate appeals. Your support ticket is already pending" I was like WTF? A manager just told me to re-appeal my ban and then I did. But a moderator came to tell me I was duplicating appeals and saying it was pending...... Confused........ :/

    The "manager" Information is a BOT. If you haven't answered your support ticket for a little while he will send that message automatically. You can still reply on that support ticket tho.

    ik but why is it that the sr.moderator tells me I have appeals duplicated when I waited two weeks to appeal for another one?

    It was probably a mix up. Just explain your situation to him and you should be fine.

    Just like Xnap said, it probably mixed up. So theres no need to stress, pls be patient and maybe you already got an answer ;)
