Permit house price

    My permit house 221 costs 50permits but only has 35chests.
    The house next to is has nearly the same cize but costs 55permits for 55chests.
    Is it possible to make the house cheaper?
    Like 35 or 40permits?

    It varies because of house size and how much time was put into it, it also depends on if it was custom or not.

    Ok, i understand.
    But the house next to it has the same size etc and 55chests and permits, how does that works, if mine costs 50permits for 35chests, that very expensive?

    Well not really... yours could be custom and you might have a trash can, you might also have more entrences.

    How to see if its custom?
    I have to buy the trashcan for 5extra permits like in every singel house, too.

    Not all houses have a trashcan... theres no real way to see if a house is custom, nirmally people dont sell custom houses.
