    I don't think it is irrelivant. After all, there's not much difference between paying someone 150k on gtm1 and then receiving the same amount of money on gtm4 and giving someone a jetpack on gtm1 and getting a jetpack on gtm4 for it.
    Therefore I'd say Kit Swaps are, indeed, still a thing.
