I wasn't calling him an idiot. Plus you don't know what happened before that. What happened was I asked in /help if a staff member can come on GTM5 and ban 3 hackers. I waited like 5 mins and not a single one came on so I went to Vice and said that...
I mean, he shouldn't get muted for this. Isn't the muting for staff disrespect over now since it's zCai's fault he abused that rule by muting players who called him trash, eZ, etc. The staff disrespect in the staff handbook is removed from what I know.
But this is legitimate disrespect, this is attacking the staff on an IRL level To me this certainly seems like a perfectly good reason to get a mute. And it's only a mute As long as its pretty short you should be fine! Speaking of wich, what is the longest mute that can be given and what would you have to say to recieve it?
30day mute, server ip. And how is this even attacking them on a 'IRL' level? I always see other players in game calling their friends dumbasses for not getting their loot and yet they don't get muted for it. We don't treat the staffs like kings, to me he has the right to call them idiots for not responding to his call for help on a server with hackers that can especially RUIN the joy of other players who does NOT hack.
When you call somebody an idiot your reffering to the person behind the screen, staff can take this however they want. The context also matters...
They cant take this "however they want." They have to abide by guidelines. If they choose not to, then it becomes abuse...
This is obvious staff disrespect. You obviously either have a complete disregard for how respectful conversation works or you are tying to pull a victim card because when you say “what did I do” “I did nothing wrong” “I’m muted for no reason”. And how do you honestly expect anyone to believe that when you say “one of you three idiot staff” that you weren’t trying to insult anyone... So are you lying to pull a victim card. Or are you completely dumbfounded by what respectful conversation is.
