There are a couple of bugs regarding decapping with katanas that need to be addressed. Decapping seems to bypass all server functions that make you invincible. This includes godmode, tp protection, and protection inside your non premium/premium houses. Although this does not happen 100% of the time, I have definitely seen multiple cases of the following. And to conclude, there is a definitely a % chance in witch this bug could occur and that % chance is fairly common. This needs to be patched asap. Godmode Decap Case: I killed mishel2 (admin) while he was in godmode by decapping him. TP Protection Case: HappyEnderBiscut admitted to killing someone while they were in tp protect by decapping them. House Protection Case: blackmagic9988 (helpop) witnessed people getting killed inside of a premium house by katana decap.
I sorta want to keep the house decap bug due to the fact it is an easier way to be decapped much faster than being in the warzone trying to decap so they can pvp so they don’t die getting decapped because we hate decaps as Jetpackers and Wingsuiters together. To avoid getting decapped by another player in your premium home and want them to be punished, just have a recording software on to check the reason on why you died in the ‘safezone’. All in all for the house decapitation bug, punish the player who decapped you without your consents or without your permission. Edit: I forgot, just fix this bug as I have forgotten about how you can decap other players without getting their head by using a riot shield. I get your logic, but I don't think its smart to leave the house decap bug when a whole bunch of players could potentially abuse it, especially now that we acknowledged it exists. Instead of going through all that trouble like recording it and shit, why not just patch it. Plus, the war zone is enormous. It isn't that hard to find somewhere safe.
Also, players can go into cop mode and decap non-wanted people with a katana. I have seen players use cop mode with a wingsuit+katana to decap non-wanted jetpackers. This had actually happened to me by the player janigaming and it was extremely aggravating.
I think the third-case is not a problem, although house-killing is punishable, decapping people in houses has been a usual thing. Unless the players says that you can decap him/her, you should be able to decap that person inside a premium house.
Ok, but at the same time, you also have to consider that they can decap you without your consent. For example, you invite someone inside your house and you have valuables on you. Suddenly, they decap you and run off. See the problem? Further allowing this could lead to glitchers and bug abusers. Not everyone will use it justly.
There is no just way of using it, while yes it's convenient to decap your friends inside of a house, it's still punishable since it is a bug. It doesn't matter the intention, it's never allowed.
While I agree that we won’t probably punish you if they give consent, if the staff end up hearing about it, it is likely because they didn’t give consent. Like my health teacher used to say, if you end up in court, assume they didn’t like it.
You said in it, "not everyone will use it justly," don't tell me I didn't read it, what I was commenting on was the fact that it is a bug and that there is no way to use it "justly." It's a bug and nobody should use it no matter the situation.

Maybe you read it, but I don't think you understood the context. The definition of "justly", according to google dictionary means, "according to what is morally right or fair". How is it "morally not fair" to decap someone once they have granted consent? Of course it isn't legally correct, but morally yes. Then of course, I argue against the odds of his statement by bringing up the fact that one could misuse it even if decapping in someone's house was permitted. Such as, someone decaps another for loot then runs off. This is "unjust" on "unfair". Therefore, I stated that not everyone will justly. Think of the context I'm speaking in if you're still confused... I'm making specific references to only his comment/logic, not arguing against the legal system.
