As I was just setting up my normal PvP gear in my hotbar by pressing the number keys to put weapons into the slot, when I clicked on my carbine rifle I hit the #9 key and the phone and the carbine rifle switched and put the phone in my backpack. After which I tried switching them back by doing the reverse, but the phone is stuck.
I have, that's how I got the phone back into my slot, but there was still one in my BP, I then managed to somehow glitch another one in my backpack making 2 slots unusable.
An admin will manually need to take out the phone from your backpack. Just check with us in /help to see if an admin is on. Just, please don't spam.
