What I pretty much want to say is that, since players are muted, it's obviously difficult talking to other players if you do not have Discord, Skype, etc. So I would like to suggest a feature that when we use /mail send, the player that we send the message to is notified by automated commands that a player has sent a mail to them. Thus allowing us to communicate properly. FYI, I was false muted two times.
Well, restrict us from using /mail then if we are muted. Because players like me are unaware this is punishable. Plus we can bypass the mute using Discord, Skype, Raidcall, Teamspeak, etc. IMO, that is pretty dumb since we can just bypass that easily using one of those listed communication apps I have just listed and none of the staffs will know we are using it. Edit: To be honest, I used the /mail to bypass the mute but the player never responds back. If I get punished for this, well shit, that is really dumb since I'm being forward about it. 2nd Edit: But either way, I think this should be added if we're going to send our friends some private messages about server IPs. And if we get muted or banned for giving each other server Ip's, don't restrict us from doing that. Allow us to play any other server we'd like to play if we get bored on the server. 3rd Edit: Where's the rules that tells us that bypassing the mute via using /mail is punishable? I'd like to know.
We don’t care if you use a offline way to bypass a mute, what would you suggest as an alternative, not muting people or muting people for using these offline services xD. If you bypass a mute using mail a staff member will warn you before hand so your point about then not knowing isn’t valid. If you send someone an IP over mail you will either be Perm muted or Perm banned end of story. You are told that Bypassing a mute is punishable period. If you were unaware that this was a rule you will be warned before, so again this point is invalid.
