    I was wondering, are gangs fixed?
    My friend made a gang but i couldnt join, or he wasnt in the Gang.

    it's 'fixed' but not supposedly said to be fully fixed.

    He's telling you be more precise and accurate on what you are saying. He does not get a single thing you say that is wrong with the Gangs.

    Whatever.
    When you create a gang on gtm1, It doesnt show you are in the gang (In /stats), or count as if your in one. If you invite someone, it says they joined the gang but theyre Not in it. The Whole Gang System is Broken.
