I have been permanently banned on my second offense

Did I deserve to get permanently banned on my second offense, even if I really regret it?

    So basically I have been banned two times, first time for auto log and the second time for kill aura and auto log.
    H3ROBRINE banned me and he is no longer a staff member, so MixLogic had to answer my appeals. I and my friend got banned by H3ROBRINE both. We both had a second offense, my friend got unbanned, I didn't.
    I have been reading a little bit of the forums and it seems like people have been banned permanently for their third offense. No hate towards anybody, but I don't really understand why my friend got unbanned and I didn't.
    I would appreciate if you answer me, and as for the ban, I do deserve the ban, but I think that it should not have been a permanent ban. Also right before H3ROBRINE banned me, he told me that if I tell him my client, he will not permanent ban me, but he did. I'm really confused right now and I hope I get an answer. -JustACryingHorse

    Did you appeal? Was your appeal trust worthy of other staffs to trust that you wouldn't hack again?

    I have appealed a lot of times, I think that I would be trustworthy because I posted a picture of my .minecraft folder clean of hack clients. I'll post a screenshot of one of my appeals.

    I did use the word 'promise' because I do promise to never hack again. It's been a long time and I really do not want to hack again I understand that it ruins the fun and I can play without hacks, practiced on other servers. I seriously SWEAR to never hack again.

    I think I even made a video of it but the appeal was still denied, so I decided to delete the video. And I can't make a new one because I really don't plan on installing a hack client just to remove it for a video.
    Plus I promised to not hack again. so I think installing a hack client is not okay.
