    There's a premium (11) owned by xAuthoize. I /seen him and he hasn't been on in 10 months. Will a staff member come unclaim the house so i can buy it?

    I am sure a Sr. Mod or above will do this if in fact force-sell xAuthoize's house if he hasn't been online for 10 months.
    But for the staff's sake, can you tell me what GTM your are talking about (GTM1-6).
    Also, what is the nearest warp to this house so the staff can more easily find it?

    Right now staff cannot forcesell house or this is what I was told because their is a glitch when you sell houses that you don't get all the permits back.

    In small-scale cases, staff can forcesell the house, and if the permits aren't returned, the player will just have permits transferred to them.
