Trying to buy Rank upgrade from Premium to Elite

    I am trying to Buy the rank upgrade from Premium to Elite but its not work and says something about Chargback i have never has this problem before and i dont mind sending the correct amount of money to a Manager and then them giving me the Upgrade in game :)
