As the title says, I lost a bunch of items due to a rollback that happened in vice about 12 hours ago (I think). Here's a rough list of the stuff I lost: - Approx. 50k Cash - A flamethrower - 30 Crowbars [Edit: Double checked and it did NOT get rolled back] - A diamond pick with Eff 5, Fortune 3 and Unbreaking 3 - Other random shits like cobble that I don't really care Unfortunately, I have no screenshots so you're going to have to take my word for it. Sorry.
Sadly, as you do not have a screeny, I don't think the staff will be able to help. I personally lost about 1700 tokens to a rollback once.
Yeah, but do they really expect us to screenshot everything due to server failure? It is quite difficult to predict when Java might randomly crash. Isn't it the server's fault that we lost the items not due to player vs player conflict or anything of the like.
I completely feel where you're coming from, but as GTM is a very large server, the staff can't go around refunding people with no proof of items they lost. I'm to lazy to go copy the link myself, so give Xnap a like and fill this out. Good luck
Maybe some (forum/discord inactive) players don't know this, but Vice S2 started, which resets everything. If I'm not wrong, you don't get refunded for this.
Dude, I'm not retarded enough to think that the reset = rollback. I was new to this server and only came when Vice S2 came. After a few mins of playing, the server decided to crash without any warning or anything (def. not a periodical restart). I was 100% sure that I had to go through the tutorial twice due to this crash. I had good stuff cuz my friends were playing prior me and gave it to me then I just lost it. I somehow kept my rank/crowbars but not my cash or items (quite weird honestly).
We were working on the server, This can happen when the server just got online.. And we were still testing it.
