Suggestion: Halloween Perk

Suggestion: Add "Goodie Bags," or "Trick-Or-Treat Bags," into loot crates. Why: I suggested a Halloween Event a few weeks ago and everyone seemed to agree with it. The problem that occurred was that there is only 1 developer, and it would be difficult for him to add an event system + rewards, etc. alone. Because of this, I thought of a new, simple idea that can be added into the game that won't take too much coding/work, but still give the server a bit of a Halloween feel. Goodie Bags/Trick-Or-Treat bags, (Whichever name you guys like better,) could be added into Loot Crates as an uncommon spawn. (10% Chance of a bag spawning in a crate.) When you obtain these bags, you can either sell/trade them, or right click them to give the player a rare item. See item droprate below

-Chainsaw (20% Chance)
-Gusenburg (15% Chance)
-Carbine Rifle (10% Chance)
-Sniper Rifle (10% Chance)
-Heavy Sniper Rifle (6% Chance)
-Minigun (4% Chance)
-Netgun (5% Chance)
-Homing Launcher (4% Chance)
-Dildo (3% Chance)
-JP (2% Chance)
-Katana (1% Chance)

People would actually make money??? Besides if you weren't a Randy, you would know there already are candy bags. This would change all the prices..... It's dumb.... Inflation already is a problem, this doesn't help.
