Hello, I am a new player to this server, my ign is xJixstqer, and my to is not working. When I log in 1 .8.9, only some textures load, but if I'm on 12.2, 12.0 or 11.0, it says it failed. I'm using an official Minecraft build, java edition, enabled to packs, tried the link and various other options, please attempt to help, as none of the helpOP's have any idea what's going on. Hey, I'm not sure about how I could help you with this one. I suggest that you make a support ticket so that higher ranked staff could deal with your situation.
A support ticket is a ticket on forums which you can make if you have troubles or reporting someone. if you go to the top right corner of your screen their is a button called Support. Then hit it and make a new support ticket.
Actually, for issues like these, do not create a support ticket. The support tickets are more for reporting hackers, and get help with purchases. Not for gameplay support.
