What if there was a rare or expensive item that can throw people out of their vehicles so that you can steal their vehicle? It would have to have some range on it because some vehicles can fly, some are in the water, and some are just insanely fast. Maybe it could be an EMP sniper or something that stops the vehicle and pulls the owner out of it. To balance the annoying-ness of this item if you are the one shot at, maybe the accuracy and fire rate could be brought down a significant amount. After you steal the vehicle, what if there were multiple car/boat/air/military shops around the map where you can sell the vehicle you just stole, buy new vehicles, sell ones you own, repair vehicles, and also call/send away your vehicles? There should also be something in the gps to help you find the closest shop. What do you guys think?
