My first advice would be to check out the GTM wiki if you haven't already so you know the ins-and-outs of GTM. https://wiki.grandtheftmc.net/wiki/Main_Page I would also join a gang with many players if you aren't in one already so that you can have help in the warzone. As for the scamming thing, in-game scamming is allowed so I would recommend that you read over all the rules to see what is allowed and what isn't. In game if you ever need help with something GTM related such as how something works, feel free to use /help in game.
