1. What did you do just before this bug happened? I was transfering my old stuff from GTM5 to GTM4. I did think it give me 5k money more! Than I lost my money and rank. 2. What should have happened? add me more money and stuff. 3. What happened instead? it reseted from me all money and rank, gaved me 5k and HOBO. . Pls help me
Unfortunately theres nothing we can do, in the process of transfering you were warned that your progress would reset on the server you were moving to.
Hmm. We might be able to help you if you create a support ticket under the purchase section at grandtheftmc.net/appeal. But, I do want to point out that transfer has worked fine for 100s of players after we fixed the initial bugs with it. So chances are, this is an issue on your end.
