Only this time it comes with some extra rules. To be able to join this lottery, involves some heavy labour in Vice. Important! The 3 top cartels will not be included in this lottery, the reason of course being that they will get their rewards from GTM anyway. The lottery draw will be when the season ends (in about a week). Can we make it so that existing Cartels with over 10mil gotta basically sign up for the Giveaway here? cuz you might include plenty of inactive Cartels if you just take everybody w over 10mil.
Well cartels get disband after a few weeks. so if they are there they are kind of alive. anyway most of them only have like 3mil so they wont qualify for the lottery
So just a quick update. There is now exactly 2 days to the Vice season close and therefore also this giveaway race. From now on, no more people can enter the giveaway race, cause it's no longer realstic that you could reach 10mil in time.
