lost all items becouse of house glitch.

4 days back i came into my premium house.. and i saw that everything was gone..
i told it to skylixMC and he told me to make a support ticket..
so this is what happened:
1. what happened before the glitch came: the day before the day of the glitch i wasnt online. and there litteraly happened nothing special. and the next day i came online.. and everything was gone.
2. what should happend: their should happend nothing.. it just randomely happend.
3. what happened instead: my hole 25 permit house was empty.. i had dubs of jps 3 stacks katanas, and it was al gone, the persons i added on my house were: Mishel2 and MineBuddy, mishel2 isnt allowed to raid my house.. and minebuddy screen shared me. my house ID is: 26.
i hope you guys can help me out.. it realy sucks to dont have any stuff.

same here. didnt lose it all though, but I lost a dub of wingsuits and another dub of random items including 9 katanas. all my stock from a lifetime of saving on this server is gone. please help.

 

i lost 20mil worth of staff heads... 3 stacks katanas 3 dubs of jps.. 0,5 dub of wings.. and 2 dubs of rare heads.. all on gtm2

 

I estimate my loss in about ~ 10 mil. on gtm 1 .

 

rip.. i estimate around the 50mil on gtm2...

 

sorry man. It would be nice if we could have some kind of copmensation for it.

I got one dub with only wingsuits, but the other chests where full of random rare items, so its would be hard to know exactly what I lost. but It was worth 10 mil minimum for sure.

 

i think they can just rollback the house.. so you dont need to know what you had.

 

oh, is it possible to rollback just the house?

 

I got no idea how long ago it happend. got some new games at christmas so I have been busy for a while, but probably in early january.
