As Megadog1212 sayd. Could you please make some description about what is happening? What the house number is? Staff cant do anything with “I cant put stuff in permit house chest”. Do you mean you cant open the chest? Staff could help you out if you say 1. House number 2. The problem better explained They will fix the problem as fast as possible. But just answer the 2 questions ^^.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely that the items will be replaced. However, staff will be able to prevent anything from happening in the future.
If this happens in a double chest, try using the other chest of the double chest. I had this issue in my premium house too.
In order to do anything we need the GTM this issue is happening on, and the house ID. In order to find your house ID, go in your phone -> property -> houses and hover over which house you are having the issue on to see its ID.
Could you also include what GTM this house is on? For example, is this house on GTM1? Or GTM3? 4? And etc..
