How do I apply for helper or staff?

Being a good staff is not about understanding the forms, the staff member will get to learn the forms and were to find stuff. Before I became staff I didn't know there were forums. [Until I need to apply]. I learned how to use it, so bottom line just because someone may not know the forums in the first place doesn't mean they won't make a good staff member.
