Got an account of a player names hnc_datsme when i got onto his account though his permit house was gone. so since inactivity gets rid of your permit house i did /permits and it said he had 1 permit but the house that he got was atleast 15 permits
You can make a support ticket about the lost permits, but you will either have needed to buy them from the store, or need proof if you bought them from candycanes or tokenshop or something other than the donation store.
