HELP I WAS MOBSTER THEN DERANKED TO PIMP AND LOST ALL MY MONEY SPENT ON MOBSTER

    pieter_the_best paied me 4 mill for a VIP rank, i spent it all to get to mobster, buy jetpack, etc. the time weas about 2:14 PM EST on october 13, i logged in and was PIMP but all my money spent on mobster had been lost, my items from killing ppl on jetpack were still their along with th jetpack, ask pieter_the_best, he will tell u he saw me on jetpack as mobster, idk what happened, i swear on my life im not lying!! plz help.

    I believe you lost your stuff due to a rollback that happened around a week ago now. Did you just log in after a while? Or had you been active?

    Anyways, a possible good news is that if the rollback happened, your friend pieter_the_best would also have been rolled back, and thus received the amount he paid you. So you can just have him pay you again.

    P.S. if you lost your stuff in the rollback, no items except, permits, and any purchased items will be refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Several ways.
    Using your launcher logs (I don't believe this is 100% evidence due to possibilities of it being tampered, however it may help)
    To get your launcher logs, go to your .minecraft folder (google how to get there for your system), then 'logs', and then look through the logs on the date you ranked up (this may take a while).

    Also, this sounds like a donor deal, I recommend linking your original trading post for it, and proof of you getting the cash (if you have it). If you have absolutely no proof of the donor deal, just stick to the launcher logs, contact a manager+, send proof of your launcher log, and wait for instructions from them.

    I can't find the log again, I've loooked through them all... it's not in any one

    @MixLogic ask pieter_the_best he saw me flying/w jet pack and mobster rank, I swear, I didn't edit it.
    Please give me back mobster. Can't staff see what players have bought? Or do they have server logs? @MixLogic plzgive mobster
