Got banned becayse your server glitches

I was in the hub and flew with the elytra into the portal. Something must have glitched there because when I was teleported into the sankfurt server, I was glitched. My minecraft guy was still flying with elytra in the sankfurt lobby. Even when the guy landed, he was still laying on the ground. And then I got permabanned for hacking within a minute. The whole game was glitching and I couldn't do anything, and then I get banned. Fix your damn server before you ban everybody for no reason. username is Tomatoritos

Im not exactly sure why you got banned for it tho.
