Do I fill out a support ticket for tokens I lost to the rollback?

About 3 or 4 or 2 or whatever months ago, the casino FINALLY opened. In my excitement, I used up over 1,000 tokens at the casino, earning easily over 500,000$ in the process(I won 500k from a 50 token roll), and was able to rank up to mobster. About three days later, however, it was discovered that certain players who will not be named(AttractiveBread), exploited a glitch and duped millions of dollars. Because if a difficult choice(which I still support), the staff rolled back the serverto how it had been 4 or 5 days later Which, regretfully, included the loss of my casino money. I know this is ridiculously late, but can I get my 1,000+ tokens refunded(exactly 1,079 , I have proof, albeit not the best), because while my money was taken, my tokens were not returned. Also would I fill out a support ticket, or something else?

This may be a matter where you discuss with an Admin+ privately. However, no matter how awful your proof is, provide every single bit you possibly can. The more you can give them to help you, the better the outcome may be.

 

As 11kobeer said give it a shot and I hope you get your tokens refunded.

 

I would recommend DMing an admin or manager on discord or on the site here and discussing it with them. Obviously if you have any screenshots that would be very helpful for them

This is unfair.
Due to some Stupid Idiots, atleast 100 players have to lose so much they have worked for? @IanPeru
Why do we have to lose our hard work to some Brainless people who wanted to dupe anyway?
When you think they dupe and get banned, they dont get any Profit. But, they get alot of Profit, Such as:
Stealing hard work from Players
Ruining the advantage for Players
- Possibly making them quit to loss of Well Profited items, and Ranks. (Something they spend so long to get, gets roll backed.)

Ive Lose almost 500k, my Godfather was taken away, to rollbacks. Players have a right to get Refunded.

 

We understand that it is an inconvenience but unless something is directly tied to a purchase it won’t be refunded. Locked.
