    You can only get decapped once a day, and sometimes, when you play 48 hours straight, its a bit difficult to keep track. This wouldn't necessarily decap you, just inform you that you need to be decapped by a friend or teammate.

    Like nohax said this is purely for knowing if you have been decapped. It doesent decap you.

    You can actually be decapped every time the server gets restarted.

    If there is some unexpected crash, a command like /decap could help I suppose.

    Definitely, I came on after the server restarted, and along with some of my teammates, we were a bit confused as to why we were decapped a second time.

    Yeah, for example when you're actually getting killed a lot of times by a katana this command might help. Or before you wanna be decaped by someone also pretty useful.
