Cartel stash always 0 with /c show <cartel name>

    So to avoid looking like an idiot ;):

    0. On what server?
    Vice1

    1. What did you do just before this bug happened?
    I used the command: /c show <cartel name>

    2. What should have happened?
    by cartel stash it should show the balance of the stash

    3. What happened instead?
    the cartel stash balance always shows 0 for every cartel

    This could be a feature, but feels like a bug
