Can someone build me a 40 permit house?

    Are you a good builder?
    And you want to earn some easy moneys?
    Build me a 40 or 50 permit house!
    what should be in it:
    __________________________________________________________________________________
    - 40 or 50 chests
    - A balcony
    - The most important materials are: dark oak, quartz, Cyan Terracotta and White glass. [but you can mess around with that if you want].
    - 2 floors
    - it needs to be on a island.

    Guys dont forget, i will only pay the person that build the best house to my opinion.

    I thought Mix said that we aren't adding anymore custom houses on the GTM maps... So when I request one that's already built, it gets denied. But when a staff requests one, "oh sure! We'd love to add a custom house for you..."

    Seriously why. I got plenty of permits for a custom house yet I don't get one added...

    I think they do iT because that the map is going to be to full, like i have bought 70permits and a custom house got denied
