That's unfortunate, but it is your own fault, you haven't been banned for no reason. It's also unfortunate that "he" doesn't give you a chance to learn from your mistakes. Try to appeal again, maybe "he" will give you a chance sometime.

 

You can appeal as much as you want (granted not spam) until your not told to.
