In the last week I have seen many people saying that the staff on GTM are terrible. Well I want to know why we're so "terrible" and if so what can we do to improve your helping experience. (Please be as serious as you can) I truly want to know how we can get the player-base up and what I and the fellow staff team can get you to help get your friends on. Thanks for reading.
In recent months i have noticed a few balancing problems that people are still making threads about, this particular nerf got rid of a large ammount of the OG playerbase. These older players are more likely to buy stuff from the buycraft than the newer, noob players. More purchases = more money = more advertisement. A youtuber would also be great but i know how dificult it can be to get one!
Staff needs to respond quicker to /report. I understand staff are usually busy, but banning hackers should be a priority.
We can't see /report across all servers, so if no one responds to your /report I would make a report in /help or on our Discord.

Maby somebody should look into that, it would make players on less active servers a lot happier. And it wouldn't be that hard to do.
That's why I'm trying to switch between all servers. I have heard that it isn't possible to make /report global unfortunately ;3
Im not a dev, but it should be possible by using the code for /gmsg and /help then adding some lines and retyping some words.
When i wasnt Helper i also fell that /report wasnt answered anytime. Now im helper, i really see when someone reports someone. I also see that most of the staff also is going to spectate. So dont worry by that. Ik trying to tell the player who reports someone always to that i will spectate the player so the player knows that were going after those hackers.
We are usually very quick about /report. But, usually, we do not tell the player who reported another if the player was dealt with as we quickly have to move on to other stuff.
It's not even that, when staff members spectate players they show up on tab the same way as dead ppl do. /report needs to be global so that staff members can actually see where ppl need help. We dont need 4 staff members on gtm1 24/7 when the rest of the gtm's have 2 at most for 1 hour of the day. (Not actual statistics)
We already have an idea on how we could do it but the same code can’t be used as the base of the code is already completly different. But the devs also have a lot of work and code is something that takes time.
In that case I think there should be an automatic chat message to let people know that someone got banned.
