I went to spend my Easter Chocolates on a permit but instead bought a premium trial because of server lag. I clicked on my bunnies in my inventory but it the server lagged so I clicked multiple times trying to open the shop window. When it loaded my clicks registered at once resulting in me purchasing a premium trial. This is because the premium trial is where the mouse was when clicking on the bunnies in my inventory(you can even check yourself.) I have been a sponsor for a long time so obviously I didn’t want to purchase this. Can I get the 60 chocolates back that I worked hard for?
Unfortunately, you most likely won’t be refunded as it was your mistake. Even if you did it by accident you will most likely be held accountable for the mistake.
