    2.Open Inv isn't a possible hack.
    3.Change your thread title. A bit to agressive
    4.Make a support ticket.

    Jesus Christ, watch the amount of the same letter you spam. We need proof in order to ban somebody, we can't just go around banning players because we feel like it. Also, I'm guessing they didn't hack based on you trying to blame them using /invsee, which only Admins can do.

    So many things done wrong with this post

    1. Proof is required when making a player report.
    2. Send us player reports via a support ticket, not a forum thread
    3. SHOUTING, DEMANDING AND SWEARING AT STAFF IS JUST ANNOYING AND WILL NOT GET YOUR REPORT HANDLED ANY SOONER
    4. We cannot guarantee that you will be refunded if you lost items to hackers. Nine times out of ten, the hacker will have stored your items away before we get a chance to deal with them. Again, demanding your stuff back as if we owe it to you will get you nowhere.
    And 5. I have never heard of this "openinv" hack - and you failed to explain what it even was. You have to be clearer as to what actually happened if it was more than the usual and generic speed/killaura hacker.

    Thread locked, try a bit harder next time please
